Welcome to Westside Meats – a family of integrated businesses built on the proud legacy of Luigi (Louie) Failli and his wife Josie.
Since our first beginnings in 1963, our family’s operations have grown to include 5,000 acres of privately owned sustainable pastures; up to 15,000 hand-selected free range livestock; the ethical processing of carcass and carton premium beef and lamb products; and delivery.
As an integrated company, our mission is unique – all of our operations have been created to work together to consistently produce a quality product, and an end experience that is greater than the sum of its parts.
Our investment in every aspect of processing and distribution gives us ultimate control over the quality we deliver to you, and your customers.
