Since our first beginnings in 1963, our family’s operations have grown to include 5,000 acres of privately owned sustainable pastures; up to 15,000 hand-selected free range livestock; the ethical processing of carcass and carton premium beef and lamb products; and delivery.
As an integrated company, our mission is unique – all of our operations have been created to work together to consistently produce a quality product, and an end experience that is greater than the sum of its parts.
